The Conexus CoreData Research Centre has been born out of the realisation that the superannuation industry has reached a new stage in Australia, moving from its difficult birth to an industry which has developed considerable investment and management expertise, to one which will need to develop greater levels of member engagement to thrive.

Bringing together complimentary skills of both businesses – our purpose is to shine a light on the member engagement, management and success of this stage of the industry and to build the platform and the tools for senior superannuation executives to better manage their members through the accumulation and retirement journey.

To do this we have created a series of research tools and engaging communication platforms that focus on member engagement, the retirement experience, retirement confidence and service benchmarking which will allow the industry to benchmark and refine their services over the next 10 years.
